2. Within 48 hours, one of our representatives will reach out to you to schedule your pickup date. We will send you a text message the day before your pickup date with your estimated pickup time frame.

3. On the pickup date, please place your donations outside your front door for our drivers to collect. If possible, show appreciation for our drivers' hard work by leaving a tip!
